In addition to the hotels and holiday homes, it is, of course, also possible to spend a camping holiday in Liguria. The availability of places for such a vacation is great, so every traveler has a choice between more peaceful places, primarily for relaxation and recreation, and those, where predominantly young people are staying and ready to turn the night into day.
A very beautiful and peaceful campsite is located in Cervo. It is situated in the so-called Riviera, the Riviera dei Fiori. In addition to the possibility to camp here, the travelers may also stay at caravans or even rent an apartment. This place is rather small, but has its own specific atmosphere. Those who visit Liguria in early autumn can even catch the wine grape harvest and, of course, taste the delicious grapes.
Campsites in Liguria can be compared with the hotels in various categories. Marianne Monte is an example of a campsite with two stars. It is not located directly on the sea, but it is within just five minutes from it by car. The small town of Sestri Levante is located nearby and it is only a stone's throw from the famous nature reserve of Cinque Terre. When speaking about other places of Liguria the quality of services should also be mentioned. Among other things, there is the possibility of using a swimming pool and a shower. A bar is also available as well as a small market. For the sporting activity there is a volleyball court. There are also camping vacation places in Liguria offering child care. This advantage allows parents to do something alone while their children are in good hands.
