Liguria in Italy is a particularly attractive tourist destination with approximately 300 days of sunshine and high temperatures, even in winter, only rarely falling below 10 C. Having once visited this place on holiday everyone wants to come back here again. The desire to own property in Liguria often occurs to come in mind to some people. They want only shelter for the holidays no matter whether it is empty or occupied by someone else for the rest of the time. Others will perhaps emigrate forever and buy a completely new house. For those people there are various offers of commercial and private sellers. Those who are not familiar with the Italian real estate law should take the help of a broker. Otherwise, the buyer is risking to face some difficulties in the processing and transferring the property. Even later claims can be still made if the deal wasn't made properly.
Before purchasing the property in Liguria it would be good to consider whether this is really worthwhile. If someone wishes only something for his own holiday it is not effective when the property is empty for the rest of the year. There is a variety of costs that are incurred and still should be paid. It's quite different if you plan to lease it out for the rest of the time when you do not spend your vacation there. A vacation rental of the real estate is easy, because the region develops each year and many people visiting Liguria need a holiday accommodation. It is always easy to find people who are willing to rent a property especially if your cottage is located in the vicinity of the sea or the so-called Riviera. Those who want to have a short and quiet vacation in summer should not buy property in the regions where there are lots of tourists.
